Our large support staff--medical director, physicians, physiatrist, neurologist, nursing professionals, therapists, social services and other professionals--are highly experienced and dedicated to understanding and attending to the diverse needs of our residents. Our goal is to provide each resident with the care, security and respect they deserve. We use a team approach that allows us to better serve the individual medical, therapeutic and social needs of our residents in a comprehensive manner. In addition, we have ongoing relationships with many hospitals and home health care agencies. Dentists, optometrists and podiatrists make regular visits to our residents. X-ray, clinical laboratory and pharmacy services are available 24 hours a day. A registered dietician is also on staff to help residents with professional nutritional management. Around-the-clock, skilled nursing care is provided by our experienced staff of RNs, LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants. We provide a wide range of skilled and routine medical support services, as well as intravenous, oxygen and tube feeding therapies. In addition, we offer programs for the care of residents with Alzheimer’s Disease and other related dementia. The education and understanding of these diseases are also extended to residents’ families.

Medway Country Manor has 123 beds. All of our rooms are private and semi-private, all with private baths. Our decor, atmosphere and other amenities provide a homelike environment for our residents.

 Many of our residents choose to individualize their rooms with quilts, flowers, cards, and others personal items. We feel that it is these small added touches that help to foster a stimulating and congenial environment. Additional conveniences include a beauty salon and barber shop. An important focal point for socializing and developing friendships is our attractive and inviting main dining room. It is used daily by our residents and is also used to host a number of functions throughout the year.
