Transitional Medical

Medway Country Manor offers a range of specialized medical, nursing and therapeutic services which coordinate care with primary care physicians, specialists, and acute care hospitals. Our goal is to prepare our transitional stay residents for a safe and successful return to home.

Transitional medical services include, but are not limited to:

• – Post-surgical stabilization
• – Non-acute cardiac care
• – Pulmonary management
• – Respiratory therapy
• – Oxygen Therapy
• – Enteral/Parenteral Therapy
• – Intravenous therapy
• – Skin-wound care
